Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi
- Morning/Afternoon: Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi.
- Meet and greet by a Cotis Safaris representative.
- City tour of Nairobi, including visits to the Karen Blixen Museum, the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust to meet orphaned elephants, and the Giraffe Centre to interact with Rothschild giraffes.
- Lunch in Nairobi.
- Evening: Check-in to a Nairobi hotel for your overnight stay.
Day 2: Nairobi to Lake Nakuru
- Morning: Breakfast at the hotel.
- Scenic drive to Lake Nakuru National Park through the Great Rift Valley escarpment. Enjoy breathtaking views of the valley.
- Afternoon: Game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its flamingos, rhinos, and diverse birdlife.
- Evening: Check-in to a safari lodge or camp near Lake Nakuru.
- Dinner and overnight stay in Lake Nakuru.
Day 3: Lake Nakuru to Maasai Mara
- Morning: Wake up for an early morning game drive before breakfast at the lodge.
- Depart for Maasai Mara.
- Lunch: You’ll arrive in at your selected accommodation in time for lunch
- Afternoon Game Drive: Upon arrival in Maasai Mara, check in at your chosen accommodation. After some rest, head out for your first game drive in the Maasai Mara National Reserve.
- Dinner: Return to your accommodation for a sumptuous dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Full Day Maasai Mara Safari
- Early Morning Game Drive: Wake up before sunrise and embark on an early morning game drive to catch the wildlife at their most active. You may witness the Big Five and other fascinating creatures.
- Breakfast: Enjoy a picnic breakfast in the reserve while observing the wildlife.
- Visit to the Mara River: If the Great Migration is happening during your visit, you may want to visit the Mara River to witness the dramatic river crossings.
- Lunch: Enjoy a picnic lunch in the reserve while observing the wildlife.
- Evening Game Drive: Head out for another game drive in the late afternoon, with the opportunity to see more wildlife and experience the beautiful sunset.
- Dinner: Return to your accommodation for a delicious dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Cultural Experience and Return to Nairobi
- Breakfast: Wake up for a hearty breakfast at your accommodation
- Cultural Experience: After breakfast, visit a Maasai village to meet the Maasai people and learn about their culture and way of life.
- Hot Air Balloon Safari (Optional): If you choose to do the hot air balloon safari, this can be scheduled in the early morning before the cultural experience.
- Departure: Check out from your accommodation and begin the journey back to Nairobi.
- En-route lunch: Stop for a farewell lunch at a restaurant along the way.
- Return to Nairobi: Arrive back in Nairobi in the late afternoon and be transferred to your hotel or the airport for your onward journey.
